About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic procurement team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with foundational experience to deepen their expertise in global supply chain operations within the fast-growing nutraceutical industry. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth international trade and optimizing our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing monthly raw material procurement to prevent shortages and ensure production continuity.
• Maintain and organize all technical documentation for samples and commercial orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Proactively follow up with the sales team on sample status and with suppliers on order timelines.
• Liaise directly with international clients, suppliers, and freight forwarders to coordinate the seamless import of products.
• Monitor inventory levels and contribute to initiatives aimed at optimizing the supply chain for our international supplier network.
• Support in managing day-to-day relationships with international clients, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify and suggest improvements to the import process and identify potential cost-saving opportunities for international shipments.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 6 months of proven experience in an import, logistics, procurement, or supply chain role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to handle professional email correspondence and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong command of MS Office Suite, with advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, PivotTables) and Word.
• Familiarity with regulations and certifications for organic raw materials is a significant advantage.
