Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage all import-export documentation including:
- Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, AWB & Bill of Lading
- ICE Gate knowledge
- DGFT knowledge
- Coordination with Customs House Agents (CHA)
- Maintain up-to-date records of shipments, documentation, and compliance data
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and customs departments for seamless operations
- Track shipments and generate regular reports on shipment status and related activities
- Handle e-BRC (electronic Bank Realization Certificate) preparation and submission

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in import-export documentation
- Knowledge of customs regulations and international trade compliance
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a team environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
