Import & Export Executive

Sylvan Ply (India) Limited is looking for a detail-oriented Import–Export Male Executive with 0–2 years of hands-on experience.The candidate must have strong knowledge of clearing agency procedures, documentation, and coordination with CHA (Custom House Agents), shipping lines, and freight forwarders. Good communication skills, English proficiency, and working knowledge of MS Excel are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end import and export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading / Air Waybill, Certificate of Origin, etc.).

• Coordinate with Clearing & Forwarding Agents (CHA) for customs clearance (mandatory experience).

• Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, transporters, and internal teams.

• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, DGFT (Directorate General of Foreign Trade) norms, and trade policies.

• Track shipments and ensure timely clearance and delivery.

• Maintain shipment records and MIS reports using MS Excel.

• Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and government authorities.

• Resolve shipment-related issues and follow up on delays or discrepancies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of experience as an Import–Export Executive.

• Strong knowledge of clearing agency / customs clearance procedures (mandatory).

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong Proficiency in English.

• Strong Proficiency in MS Excel.

• Understanding of Incoterms, HS codes, and export-import regulations.

• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).

Salary:

• Salary will be offered on a last drawn basis and will be commensurate with experience.

Base Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
