  • An Import Export Executive manages international shipments, ensuring smooth movement of goods by handling documentation (B/L, Invoices, Customs docs), coordinating with logistics (freight forwarders, customs), ensuring trade compliance, tracking shipments, and maintaining client/supplier relations, all while optimizing costs and efficiency within the global supply chain. Key Responsibilities:
  • Documentation: Prepare, review, and process all essential import/export documents (Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Customs Declarations).
  • Logistics Coordination: Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and internal teams for timely pickup, transport, and delivery.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to global trade regulations, customs laws, and company policies.
  • Shipment Management: Track consignments, manage delays, resolve issues, and provide updates to customers.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a point of contact for suppliers, customers, banks (for L/C), and internal departments.
  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve cost-effectiveness and speed.
  • Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of international trade practices, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
  • Excellent organizational, communication (written/verbal), and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/ERP software. Detail-oriented with strong follow-up abilities.

Pay: ₹12,762.23 - ₹33,734.07 per month
