Import & Export Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Import & Export Manager to manage end-to-end international trade operations, ensuring smooth customs clearance, documentation accuracy, and compliance with trade regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of import/export procedures, shipping documentation, and coordination with freight forwarders and customs authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all import and export operations, including shipments, customs clearance, and logistics coordination.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (BL, Invoice, Packing List, COO, LC documents).
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, PSW, and trade laws.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, clearing agents, shipping lines, and transporters.
• Monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery and cost control.
• Handle LCs, bank documentation, and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for management review.
• Resolve shipment issues, delays, and customs-related matters efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or Business.
• 5+ years of experience in import & export operations or international logistics.
• Strong knowledge of customs procedures, tariff codes, HS codes, and PSW.
• Hands-on experience with shipping lines, freight forwarding, and documentation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
