We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Import & Export Marketing Representative to expand our business network, generate new clients, and manage international trade opportunities. The candidate will play a key role in promoting our import and export services, building relationships with overseas suppliers and buyers, and increasing company sales globally.
Key Responsibilities: Marketing & Sales
- Identify and approach potential buyers, importers, exporters, wholesalers, and distributors worldwide.
- Promote company products and services through calls, emails, social media, and B2B platforms.
- Develop new business opportunities in local and international markets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and suppliers.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Import Operations
- Source reliable international suppliers for products required by the company.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase terms.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and clearing agents.
- Monitor shipment schedules, documentation, and cargo arrival status.
Export Operations
- Promote company export products to overseas buyers.
- Handle inquiries, quotations, price negotiations, and order confirmations.
- Coordinate export documentation, packing lists, invoices, and shipment schedules.
- Ensure timely dispatch and customer satisfaction.
Market Research
- Monitor global market trends, pricing, competitors, and demand.
- Identify new countries and markets for expansion.
- Prepare regular marketing and sales reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field).
- Experience in import/export business preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of MS Office, Email, Internet, and B2B platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Knowledge of shipping documents and trade terms is a plus.
