With Us, You Will Be Responsible for:

• Manage the company’s import and export operations
• Prepare and follow up on documents in compliance with customs regulations
• Communicate with international suppliers and customers
• Check documents such as proforma invoice, commercial invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, etc.
• Plan logistics processes (freight quotations, transportation organization, insurance, etc.)
• Keep up to date with Egyptian foreign trade regulations
• Coordinate with banks, customs brokers, and transport companies
• Conduct new market research, pricing, and quotation preparation
• Manage export declarations and NAFEZA system processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in foreign trade operations
• Good command of English
• Proficient in Egyptian import–export procedures
• Knowledge of NAFEZA, CargoX, and ACID processes
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
