Logistics Specialist

Role Objectives:

As the Logistics Specialist , you will support real-time monitoring and execution of delivery operations by ensuring DA compliance, resolving live issues, and maintaining service quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor DA appearance, hygiene, and branding compliance.
• Conduct field audits to ensure SOP adherence.
• Collect and document restaurant feedback on DA performance and attitude.
• Track and validate DA cash collection and escalate irregularities.
• Support implementation of new operational processes and tools.
• Assist in tracking delay reasons and coordinating live interventions.
• Provide weekly field reports highlighting compliance, risks, and recommendations.
• Escalate operational risks such as repeated delays or DA non-responsiveness.

Required Education, Knowledge, and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in delivery support or logistics operations.
• Experience with dispatch tools and real-time support systems.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with DA workflows and SLA enforcement.
