Import Manager

The Import Manager is the linchpin of global commerce for solvefactory.com, a fast-growing platform revolutionizing how businesses procure goods internationally. Based in Bengaluru, this demanding role is perfect for a highly organized professional with 3-5 years of experience ready to manage our end-to-end logistics lifecycle, primarily from China to India.

This isn't just a desk job; it's a dynamic position that requires a blend of meticulous process management, skillful negotiation, and deep logistical understanding, all centered on delivering complex customer requirements.

Core Responsibilities

• Logistics & Import Coordination: Oversee the full import logistics cycle, coordinating with freight forwarders and customs agents to manage the movement of goods from China to India.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all required import documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, B/Ls) and customs clearance procedures are handled efficiently.
• Process & System Utilization: Maintain proficiency and operate various internal and external software systems for accurate procurement and supply chain tracking.
