is a UAE-based building materials company established in 1993, headquartered in Abu Dhabi, with over three decades of trusted presence across the UAE. We deal in a wide range of products including cement, timber, hardware, paints, bitumen, chemicals, electricals, and more — sourced both locally and globally and delivered across the UAE through our strong in-house logistics network.

As part of our expansion, we are hiring an Import & Sourcing Executive for our Lahore office to strengthen our international sourcing and supply chain operations.

Job Overview

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Import & Sourcing Executive who can independently manage global sourcing and import coordination. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in supplier sourcing, landed cost calculations, shipment coordination, and international trade documentation.

You will work closely with the UAE management team and play a key role in optimizing procurement operations and supplier relationships worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Sourcing & Supplier Management

Identify and source reliable international suppliers from China, UAE, Europe, and Asian markets

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQs, and delivery timelines

Build long-term relationships with suppliers and vendors

Use B2B platforms and AI-powered sourcing tools for efficient supplier research

Product Research & Market Analysis

Research products according to technical and quality specifications

Monitor market pricing trends and sourcing opportunities

Explore new products and materials for business growth

Landed Cost & Import Analysis

Prepare detailed landed cost sheets including freight, duties, insurance, and port charges

Present cost-per-unit analysis for management decisions

Optimize container loading and shipping costs

Shipment Coordination & Documentation

Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clearing agents

Handle FCL & LCL shipments independently

Manage complete import documentation including:

Commercial Invoice

Packing List

Bill of Lading

Certificate of Origin

LC / TT documentation

Ensure timely shipment clearance and delivery

Strong understanding of Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW, etc.)

Export Operations (Pakistan)

Assist with export documentation and shipment coordination from Pakistan when required

Ensure compliance with export procedures and regulations

Technology & Productivity

Use AI tools and digital platforms to improve sourcing efficiency

Maintain organized supplier, shipment, and pricing records

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in import purchasing, international procurement, or freight coordination

Strong knowledge of international shipping and Incoterms

Experience working with freight forwarders and clearing agents

Hands-on sourcing experience through platforms like Alibaba, Global Sources, and Made-in-China

Ability to independently calculate landed costs

Experience handling FCL & LCL shipments

Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Urdu

Good command of MS Excel and digital tools

Experience in building materials, construction, or hardware industry will be preferred

Self-driven, organized, and capable of working with remote management teams

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
