The Logistics Coordinator must be able to work well with high volume, fast-paced environment, while maintaining clear communication with Customers, Logistics service providers, Warehouses and Mgt. to assure operations meet goals and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS::

• 1 years' experience in Ocean freight with an NVOCC/Freight Forwarder
• Ability to understand customer needs and shipping requirements
• Basic Microsoft skills (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Experience using "E-freight" a plus
• Able to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking, customer service minded environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication as well as organizational skills.
• JOB DUTIES:
• Arrange Inbound/outbound cargo shipments - forwarding related Activities
• Coordinate Shipments with importers, truckers, and carriers.
• Prepare transfer documents if releasing documents to other brokers.
• Arrange payment to carriers for inbound consoles.
• Track / Trace shipments Door-Door
