We're Hiring: Sr. Executive

Amros Pharmaceuticals is seeking a competent Import Sr. Executive with pharmaceutical industry experience to handle import operations of raw materials, APIs, and packaging materials in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.

Experience:

3–6 years of relevant experience in import operations within the pharmaceutical industry.

Hands-on experience in handling APIs, excipients, and packaging material imports will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end import operations of APIs, excipients, and packaging materials.
• Prepare and review import documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, Form E, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with DRAP regulations and other applicable pharmaceutical import guidelines.
• Coordinate with clearing agents, freight forwarders, and shipping lines for timely clearance.
• Liaise with banks for LC opening, amendments, and documentation.
• Monitor shipment timelines and ensure timely availability of materials for production.
• Maintain import records in compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with QA, Procurement, and Warehouse for smooth import handling.
• Communicate with international suppliers and vendors for shipment updates and documentation.

Location: Ahsanabad, SITE Area II, Karachi

Timings: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
