Import/Export Manager

One sentence description of role:
Responsible for managing and optimizing customs and logistics operations, ensuring compliance and operational excellence in import/export activities.

Your role:

• Make a significant impact on the efficiency and security of import/export processes. Receive and record incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and timeliness. Prepare, dispatch, and track outgoing shipments.

• Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure smooth and timely clearance. Ensure customs operations and documentation comply with local and international regulations
• Screen and monitor shipments for compliance and risk management

• Collaborate with logistics, warehouse teams, customs brokers, and external partners.
• Manage storage, inventory, and handling of goods within bonded warehouses
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of trade operations to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Professional and personal development opportunities in supply chain management, compliance, and process optimization.

You're the right fit if:

1. You have experience in customs operations (minimum 5 years).

2. You have experience in logistics, or supply chain management.

3. Experience with ERP or WMS systems and data analysis.

4. You hold a university degree (preferably in logistics, management, or economics).

5. You are a team player, proactive in process improvement, and have strong risk management skills.

6. You are speaking very good English
