We are seeking an experienced Import/Export Sales & Marketing professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage international sales activities, coordinate global shipments, build strong customer relationships, and drive marketing initiatives to expand our brand reach in overseas markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage international sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Identify new global business opportunities, distributors, and customers.
  • Handle import/export operations including documentation, logistics coordination, compliance, and communication with freight forwarders.
  • Prepare and process commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, LC documents, and other required export paperwork.
  • Maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, agents, and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new regions for expansion.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with international buyers and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with production, warehousing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for international markets (email, social media, trade platforms).
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Monitor shipment schedules, customs requirements, and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze KPIs for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in import/export sales, international business, or global marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, Incoterms, and logistics processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
