” located in our Head Office.
General Qualifications:
-
Graduated from relevant university departments (Engineering Faculties, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Logistics, Supply Chain, Foreign Trade, Import-Export, etc.), preferably with a master’s degree

Minimum 3 years of experience in one of the following sectors: retail, food & beverage, services, logistics, import-export
-
Knowledgeable in areas such as import-export, customs regulations, logistics, procurement, order management, market research, price analysis, supplier relations, and negotiation techniques
-
Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English

Proficient in MS Office and MS Project programs

Experienced in ERP systems
Job Description:

Ensuring the efficient and compliant execution of the company’s foreign trade operations.
-
Achieving cost, time, and quality optimization in import and export processes.
-
Coordinating with suppliers, logistics companies, customs brokers, and official institutions.
-
Acting in accordance with international trade legislation, customs regulations, and company policies.
-
Supporting logistics and foreign trade strategies that will increase the company’s competitiveness in global markets.
-
Planning, monitoring, and reporting import and export operations.
-
Following up on the organization’s international requests and ensuring the system operates accurately and efficiently.

Ensuring customs procedures are carried out in compliance with regulations and required documents are prepared.

Organizing and monitoring logistics processes (transportation, warehousing, insurance).
-
Conducting import/export cost analyses and ensuring budget control.
-
Preparing and monitoring international trade contracts.
-
Selecting and managing customs brokerage firms.
-
Communicating and managing processes with relevant official institutions (Ministry of Trade, Customs Administration, etc.), intervening when necessary.
-
Supporting processes related to export incentives, VAT refunds, and government subsidies.
-
Managing relationships with key stakeholders in the import/export process (warehousing, transportation, customs brokerage, insurance), obtaining and evaluating price quotations.

Using and improving ERP and foreign trade software and ensuring reports are prepared.
-
Performing supplier risk analysis (financial, quality, compliance) and proactively managing potential risks; ensuring non-compliant suppliers are avoided by using the ADIT application.

Monitoring that payments to suppliers are made on time and in full according to agreed terms and company payment schedules; informing the manager and relevant departments in case of discrepancies.

Planning and managing process design and implementation for efficient category management across all international stores.
-
Storing and periodically updating strategies in the designated common area to maximize management and contributions of contracted parties.

Coordinating terminations and transitions of international contracts to ensure supply continuity.

Holding regular periodic meetings with international teams and managing cross-functional processes, leading teams to achieve results using change management or project management tools approved by the department manager; keeping related tools/documents up to date.

Providing leadership and consultancy to international teams for process setup when needed.

Visiting international branches as required to identify issues and risks and defining action plans for resolution.

Actively participating in new branch openings under the guidance of the department manager; onboarding new Supply Chain teams, training them on processes and systems, and ensuring smooth handover to branch teams after a certain period.

Creating and implementing training plans for domestic and international branches as needed; regularly monitoring training effectiveness and sustainability of acquired competencies.

Tracking changes in international trade legislation and ensuring adaptation within the company.
