Job Description:
Benzefy is looking for a highly professional and customer-focused Inbound Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English with excellent communication skills and a neutral accent, capable of handling international customers confidently.

• Proven experience in customer handling and complaint resolution
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and call management systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Meet performance and quality targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
