In-Field Sales Rep (Non-Medical Home Care) – $50K–$80K Base + Commission

The Role

This is a fully in-field outside sales role focused on building referral relationships.

You will be working with:

  • Assisted living communities
  • Rehab facilities
  • Hospitals
  • Other community referral sources

Territories:

  • North Phoenix / Scottsdale
  • West Valley

This is self-generated business. You are responsible for building your pipeline.

Daily Expectations (Non-Negotiable)

  • 10+ in-person visits per day
  • Consistent outreach and follow-up
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships
  • Submit a detailed daily report
  • Follow a proven system that works

Performance Expectations

  • Generate 10–20 new clients per month
  • 90-day probationary period to demonstrate consistency and execution

Compensation

  • $50,000 – $80,000 base salary (W-2, non-exempt)
  • + Uncapped commission

This role is designed so that:

  • Your income grows as your client base grows

Tools & Support

  • Company phone and computer
  • Company credit card (monthly marketing budget)
  • Established operations team to support your clients

Schedule

  • In-field Monday–Friday (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
  • Must be available to answer calls on weekends when needed
