In home care office admin

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and route inquiries appropriately
  • Enter and maintain patient and aide information in the system
  • Assist with marketing efforts and recruiting new clients
  • Support daily agency operations
  • Coordinate and assist with new employee training and in-services
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records
  • Staff assignment
  • Job postings
  • Client and staff notifications
  • Provide excellent customer service (phone & in-person)
  • Conduct monthly client check-in calls
  • Complete monthly CDS client visits
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Administrator/Office Manager
