We’re looking for a dependable Overnight Pet Sitter who genuinely enjoys simple, meaningful work: a peaceful home, a happy tail thump, a cat curled nearby, and the satisfaction of earning money while helping pets feel safe and loved.

What You’ll Do

You’ll stay overnight in clients’ homes and provide pets with comfort, companionship, safety, and routine while their families are away.

Responsibilities include:

• Staying overnight in clients’ homes and keeping pets safe, settled, and cared for
• Providing short daytime drop-in visits when needed to maintain routine
• Following detailed instructions for feeding, walks, playtime, litter boxes, crates, and medications
• Keeping pet areas tidy, including bowls, litter boxes, crates, and accidents when they happen
• Watching for changes in behavior, appetite, bathroom habits, or health
• Communicating promptly and professionally with the Woofie’s team
• Sending thoughtful updates and photos so pet parents can relax while they’re away

• Are comfortable sleeping overnight in different homes
• Can handle the real-life parts of pet care, including messy moments
• Communicate clearly and follow instructions closely
• Show up when you say you will
• Enjoy quiet, meaningful work more than a noisy side hustle

Requirements

• Live in or near North Tampa, including Lutz, New Tampa, Carrollwood, Wesley Chapel, Land O’ Lakes, or nearby areas
• Be available for overnight stays, including some weekends and holidays
• Be able to complete occasional daytime drop-in visits when needed
• Be comfortable caring for dogs and cats
• Experience with birds, reptiles, or other exotics is a bonus
• Provide three references
• Have a smartphone for updates, photos, scheduling, and communication
• Be willing to complete a background check
