The Role

As an In-Home Sales Consultant with High Quality Water & Air, you will meet with homeowners who have requested a complimentary water quality test through Home Depot. These are warm, interested homeowners — not cold prospects. Your job is to educate, demonstrate, and present solutions based on what the water test reveals.

Each day you will:

• Travel to pre-scheduled appointments generated through Home Depot
• Conduct in-home water quality tests and present the results
• Educate homeowners on the health and lifestyle impact of their water quality
• Present customized RainSoft water treatment solutions based on each homeowner's specific needs
• Close sales on a one-call basis using our proven sales process
• Complete necessary paperwork and follow up with customers post-sale

Your Earning Potential — You Choose Your Path

We offer two compensation structures so you can choose what works best for you:

Path 1 — Base + Commission Start with a guaranteed base salary plus commission during your first 90 days. This gives you stability while you learn our process, build your confidence, and start closing deals. After 90 days, top performers typically transition to full commission for maximum earning potential.

Path 2 — Commission Only For experienced closers who want to maximize their earnings from day one. No ceiling. No limits. The more you close, the more you earn.

Regardless of which path you choose, you will receive:

Who We're Looking For

We are not just looking for water treatment experience — we are looking for closers. If you have a proven track record of success in any of the following, we want to talk to you:

• In-home sales — any industry
• Home improvement sales — windows, roofing, solar, HVAC
• Home security — ADT, Vivint, or similar
• Pest control sales
• Retail or direct sales

The ideal candidate:

• Is a confident, consultative communicator
• Is comfortable presenting and closing in a homeowner's living room
• Is self-motivated and results-driven
• Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Is coachable and committed to following a proven sales process
