Role Overview

The Luxury Property Sales Consultant will represent upscale properties and deliver a refined, client‑focused experience. This role requires a polished professional who understands the expectations of high‑net‑worth individuals and can confidently guide clients through complex property transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with high‑net‑worth clients and investors
  • Present and promote luxury residential and investment properties
  • Conduct private viewings, consultations, and property tours with discretion and professionalism
  • Provide expert guidance on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closing
  • Maintain strong knowledge of luxury communities, off‑plan projects, and developer offerings
  • Prepare tailored property proposals, presentations, and investment briefs
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance property exposure and brand positioning
  • Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate regulations and company standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience in luxury real estate or high‑value sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Professional appearance and a client‑centric approach
  • Ability to build and maintain a strong network of high‑net‑worth clients
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi luxury property market is an advantage
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are beneficial
