JOB PURPOSE

Implanted agent based in key account customer's company.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Act as an ambassador for DHL at all times and attend to customer needs in a professional, friendly and courteous manner.
• Customer oriented.
• Good communication skills.
• In House agent will be implanted at customer’s side (Usually key account company).
• Write AWBs at customer’s side.
• Follow up and update the customer for status of the shipments (Import and export)
• Holding good contact with DHL Sales of the area in order to keep, secure and improve the business.
• Follow up DHL invoices in both DHL finance & customer’s finance.
• Working as team player in DHL for tasks like Mailshot.
• In addition to any other duties that are job related.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Competencies

• Good command in English.
• Good command in EXCEL, Word and email.
• Communication skills.
• Attention to details and good listener.
• Flexible and adapted to changes.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree
