Our team manages every phase from initial design through final walkthrough.

About the Role

We are looking for an In-House Designer and Pre-Construction Coordinator to guide our clients through the design and selection process and coordinate the details that keep our projects on track before production begins. This is a hybrid role based in Perkasie, PA. You will work remotely with regular in-person client meetings, site visits, and showroom appointments.

You will report directly to Nathan King (Owner/Operator) and collaborate closely with our Project Manager to bridge the gap between client vision and production-ready plans.

What You Will Do

- Guide clients through design selections (tile, cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, finishes, paint, hardware, and more)

- Manage and maintain project specifications in our project management system (JobTread)

- Coordinate with cabinet shops, drafters, architects, and other design partners

- Create and organize design packages and material boards for each project

- Ensure all selections and specifications are complete before production handoff

- Accompany clients to showroom visits and help them navigate decisions with confidence

- Maintain clear, organized records that the production team can execute from

- Support pre-construction workflow so projects move smoothly from design to build

What We Are Looking For

- An eye for residential design - kitchens, baths, and whole-home renovations

- Comfort meeting with clients in person and guiding them through decisions

- Strong organizational skills - you track the details so nothing falls through

- Willingness to learn new systems (we will train you on JobTread and our workflow)

- Familiarity with renovation materials, finishes, and the selection process

- Experience coordinating with vendors, trade partners, or design professionals

- A collaborative mindset - you will work alongside our project manager and owner daily

Nice to Have

- Background in interior design, kitchen/bath design, or residential remodeling

- Experience with project management or construction management software

- Relationships with local showrooms, suppliers, or design vendors in the Bucks County area

Schedule and Compensation

- Full-time, hybrid position (remote work plus in-person client meetings and site visits)

- Based in Perkasie, PA / Bucks County area

- $30 to $40 per hour depending on experience

- Flexible schedule with room to grow within the company
