Job Overview
Ford’s Produce / Ford’s Gourmet Foods is seeking a Creative Media & Graphic Designer / Content Creator to support our family-owned food brands including: Bone Suckin’ Sauce®, Fire Dancer®, and Southern Yum®.

This role combines graphic design, photography, video production, social media content creation, website support and marketing design. The ideal candidate enjoys both creative work and hands-on production and will help visually grow our brands across digital, print, and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design & Marketing Materials

Design product labels, advertisements, banners, brochures, catalogs, flyers, and promotional materials.

Create graphics for websites, email campaigns, and social media.

Design online advertisements and marketing graphics.

Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Assist with trade show booth design, banners, and printed materials.

Social Media Content Creation

Shoot BBQ recipe videos featuring Bone Suckin’ Sauce products.

Create and edit TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Capture behind-the-scenes content, product demonstrations, and brand storytelling videos.

Format content for different social media platforms.

Maintain an organized digital library of social media photos and videos.

Photography

Photograph food products for marketing and e-commerce.

Capture cooking scenes and lifestyle photography for brand promotion.

Ensure accurate product representation using proper lighting and composition.

Video Production

Record video using professional cameras, lighting, and stabilization equipment.

Plan video shoots including scripts, shot lists, and storyboards.

Edit videos using professional software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Produce polished, engaging videos for marketing and educational use.

Website & Digital Marketing

Assist with website design and updates using CMS platforms such as WordPress.

Create and upload website graphics and marketing content.

Help implement SEO improvements including metadata and site structure.

Assist with email marketing campaigns including graphic design and layout.

Packaging & Product Development

Create packaging mockups and product concept visuals.

Assist with visual development for new product launches.

Printing & Production

Operate in-house printing equipment when needed.

Prepare files for print production and check proofs for quality.

Administrative & Customer Support (Occasional)

Answer company phones occasionally and direct calls appropriately.

Assist customers with phone orders when needed.

Provide basic product information to customers calling about company brands.

Data & File Management

Maintain organized digital folders for design assets and marketing materials.

Back up files regularly on company storage systems.

Skills & Qualifications

Graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite preferred).

Photography skills, particularly food or product photography.

Video shooting and editing experience.

Experience creating short-form social media video content.

Understanding of social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

Basic knowledge of WordPress or website CMS platforms preferred.

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work independently in a small business environment.

Preferred Experience

Experience with BBQ cooking content, recipe videos, food marketing, or brand storytelling is highly valued.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must pass criminal background check
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen
• Must pass pre-employment math and reading testing and Clerical Test
• Candidates must Provide a Portfolio which includes Both Video and Graphic design experience.
