Car Habibi, Dubai’s premier automotive customization brand, is seeking a highly experienced In-House PRO. We need a "fixer"—someone who understands the heartbeat of Dubai’s government systems and can navigate the complexities of residency, licensing, and labor laws with speed and precision.
If you have worked within an Amer Center or have managed high-volume visa processing for a fast-growing company, we want you to lead our administrative engine.
Job Role
You will be the primary liaison between Car Habibi and all UAE government entities. Your goal is to ensure 100% legal compliance and zero operational downtime.
- Visa & Residency Management: Expertly handle the end-to-end process for new employment visas, renewals, and cancellations via GDRFA/Amer and MOHRE/Tasheel portals.
- Licensing & Permits: Manage the timely renewal of the Company Trade License, Chamber of Commerce, and Ejari.
- External Relations: Represent Car Habibi at DED, Dubai Municipality, RTA, Civil Defense, and Dubai Police.
- Legal Advisory: Stay ahead of changes in UAE Labor Law and immigration policies to provide proactive advice to management.
Key Responsibilities
- System Operations: Execute all transactions on government smart apps and portals (Smart Dubai, MOHRE, GDRFA) without errors.
- Document Control: Maintain a rigorous tracking system for all employee documents (Passports, Visas, Emirates IDs) and company permits.
- Medical & Biometrics: Coordinate and physically accompany staff for medical fitness tests and Emirates ID biometrics to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Fine Mitigation: Proactively monitor all expiry dates to ensure the company incurs zero late fees or penalties.
- WPS & Labor: Assist the Accountant in ensuring the Wage Protection System (WPS) is compliant with labor contracts.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years of solid experience as a PRO in Dubai. Direct experience working within an Amer Center is a significant advantage.
- Portal Expertise: Mastery of the Amer/GDRFA (Vision) and MOHRE systems is mandatory.
- Language: Fluent Arabic (written and spoken) is highly preferred; excellent English communication is a must.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex government procedures to international staff and management clearly.
