IN Implementation Technical Expert.IT Operation & Infrastructure

Job Purpose

Lead network implementation team to achieve successful network infrastructure implementations which support Etisalat in achieving its strategic goals.

Report To Position Name

 Responsible for Technology service implementation and major release upgrades for all IT network infrastructures. Implement IT network strategic project for integrating and managing the company’s information technology services and those supporting new enterprise wide initiatives.  Work closely with business and IT leaders, vendors and suppliers to ensure business requirement satisfaction in delivering the technology trends and roadmap.  Perform acceptance tests with vendors for new implementations, ensure receiving full project documentation and execute proper handover of the project to Infrastructure Services Teams.  Develop implementation plan for projects considering project time lines and using the best solutions, technologies, and products fitting the business and best enhancing the operation  Manage the team, recruit best calibres available in the market, run coaching techniques, set appraisals & development plans if needed (mid-year and end of year) and run one to one meetings in the quarter review.

QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

Qualifications: Essential  Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering

EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL

Experience: Essential  Minimum 7-8 years of experience  Advanced Knowledge of networking concepts including routing, switching, load-balancing….etc. Desirable  Knowledge of processes, procedures, tasks, and checklists of IT service management.
