• Call Center Experience (Required)
• Strong Communication & Listening Skills
• Mac OS Proficiency
• Self-Starter with an Objective Mindset
• Positive Energy is a Must!
• Bonus: Previous Sales or Appointment Setting Experience

Job Overview/ Responsibilities

• Position: Call Center Representative
• Type: Full-Time (30 hrs/week)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Outbound & Inbound Calls
• Schedule Qualified Appointments
• Build Rapport & Deliver Value Over the Phone

Compensation

• $19.20/hr base pay
• $ per deal closed
• Performance Bonuses & Incentives
• Base + Performance Pay Structure
