About the location:

Steps from the Prophet’s Mosque, our Hotel will offer luxury accommodation for the city’s 1.5 million annual visitors. The new-build hotel will be located at the heart of Madinah and steps from one of the most historic and significant sites in the region: Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, also known as the Prophet’s Mosque. Madinah is also home to the Quba Mosque, which is regarded as the oldest mosque in the world.

About the Role

We are seeking a service-driven and operationally strong Room Service Manager to lead In-Room Dining operations at Four Seasons Hotel Madinah . Reporting to the Director of Restaurant, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences through efficient service delivery, high-quality food presentation, and strict adherence to Four Seasons standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining consistency, service excellence, and operational efficiency within the In-Room Dining function.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and manage all In-Room Dining (Room Service) operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest satisfaction.

  • Ensure all room service orders are delivered accurately, promptly, and in line with Four Seasons service standards.

  • Collaborate closely with Culinary, Stewarding, and Front Office teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely order execution.

  • Develop and implement service standards, operating procedures, and quality controls for Room Service operations.

  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management of the Room Service team.

  • Monitor service quality, guest feedback, and service recovery efforts to continuously improve the guest experience.

  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards, including HACCP and local regulations.

  • Manage departmental budgets, cost controls, and inventory related to In-Room Dining operations.

  • Support menu development and presentation in collaboration with the Executive Chef and F&B leadership.

  • Prepare operational reports, including sales performance, productivity, and service quality metrics.

  • Lead pre-opening activities, special projects, and service enhancements related to In-Room Dining when required.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.

  • Proven experience as a Room Service Manager or similar leadership role within a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality environment.

  • Strong knowledge of In-Room Dining operations, service standards, and guest expectations.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with a hands-on service approach.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and service compliance standards.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
