About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and proactive In-Store Marketing & Customer Experience Specialist to develop engaging in-store campaigns, design promotional materials, and enhance the overall customer experience across our retail locations. The ideal candidate has retail marketing experience and a strong eye for visuals that drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create in-store campaign materials, including posters, banners, and signage
- Design POS displays and other visual merchandising elements
- Develop upsell and promotional strategies to boost sales
- Support retail teams with promotions, pricing updates, and product launches
- Ensure brand consistency across all in-store visuals
- Review customer feedback and identify ways to improve in-store experience
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and store teams
- Prepare weekly reports on in-store marketing performance
Requirements:
- Experience in retail marketing or merchandising
- Strong understanding of in-store branding and visual displays
- Ability to create promotional materials that drive engagement
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple store campaigns remotely
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools, or other design software is a plus
