In-Store Retail Sales Merchandiser

Roles & responsibilities

Primary role: to be placed in a major retail outlet to interact with end-user customers, drive sales and achieve the sales target for the designated products.

Interact with customers in a professional and respectful manner.

Arrange good in-store displays for designated products.

Achieve the sales target.

Provide good after-sales support (e.g. by guiding customers on usage).

Sell a variety of products including IT accessories, smart home products and more.

Desired candidate profile

Must be self-motivated and highly driven. Must have strong selling skills. Must be prepared to go the extra-mile to achieve the target. Should have at least 2 years of direct sales experience, selling IT or electronics products.
