What You’ll Be DoingCustomer Support & Call Handling
- Answer inbound calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist customers with account questions, service inquiries, and general support needs
- Provide clear information about products, services, policies, and promotions
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Build rapport to encourage long-term customer satisfaction
Account Assistance & Issue Resolution
- Process service requests, updates, and basic account changes
- Troubleshoot common concerns and resolve issues efficiently
- Escalate complex matters to the appropriate department when needed
- Document call details accurately in internal systems
- Maintain confidentiality and follow company compliance guidelines
Operational & Team Support
- Meet daily call handling and performance standards
- Maintain organized digital records and case notes
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
- Support team goals related to customer satisfaction and retention

Previous experience in call centers, customer service, retail, hospitality, or administrative roles is preferred but not required. We provide structured, hands-on training to ensure you feel confident handling inbound calls and customer support tasks.
Position Details

- Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional weekend availability
- Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
