Inbound Call Center Representative

Key ResponsibilitiesInbound Customer Support

• Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
• Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
• Maintain a polite, patient, and empathetic tone

Issue Resolution

• Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
• Resolve complaints or escalate complex issues when necessary
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Documentation & Systems

• Record customer interactions accurately in the system
• Maintain detailed call logs and update customer information
• Follow company procedures and compliance standards

Performance & Teamwork

• Meet call handling, quality, and performance targets
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors
• Adapt to new tools, systems, and processes

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Problem-solving and customer service abilities
• Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Prior call center or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
