Job Overview

CabXperts is looking for a professional, organized, and motivated Inbound Customer Service & Operations Representative to join our growing team in Rawalpindi.

In this role, you will manage inbound customer calls, coordinate operational jobs, assist with roadside and mobile tyre service requests, and ensure smooth communication between customers, technicians, dispatch teams, and third-party service providers.

This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and can confidently manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, roadside assistance, and service updates
  • Coordinate mobile tyre fitting, breakdown recovery, tow/towing, and roadside service jobs
  • Dispatch jobs to in-house technicians based on availability and location
  • Post and outsource jobs to approved third-party contractor groups when jobs cannot be covered internally
  • Communicate with third-party service providers and ensure timely job completion
  • Monitor live operational jobs and provide updates to customers when required
  • Coordinate with dispatch, recovery, and operations teams to maintain service efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, job updates, and operational notes
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service standards at all times
  • Follow company procedures, operational guidelines, and quality standards

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Good problem-solving and coordination abilities
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Professional attitude and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage operational calls and dispatch-related tasks efficiently
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer support, dispatch, logistics, roadside assistance, or call center services is preferred
  • Familiarity with taxi, transportation, recovery, or mobile tyre service operations is a plus
