Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inbound Sales & Customer Support Executive to handle incoming client inquiries and convert them into successful sales. This role focuses on engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable writing services, and ensuring a smooth purchasing experience while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Sales Handling:
  • Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat, converting leads into sales by effectively presenting our services.
  • Client Consultation:

Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable writing services, packages, and solutions.

  • Service Presentation:

Clearly explain service offerings, pricing structures, delivery timelines, and value propositions to potential clients.Guide clients through the order placement process, ensuring accurate information and timely processing.Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term engagement.Address customer concerns or objections professionally to ensure satisfaction and retention.Coordinate with internal teams (writers, sales, and marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery.Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.Identify opportunities to offer additional or upgraded services to maximize revenue.Qualifications:

  • Excellent problem-solving and objection-handling skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluency in British English accent is preferred.
