Inbound Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an Inbound Sales Executive with 2-3 years of Experience for our Travel Campaign (non-software) in United Kingdom.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound Customer Calls.
• Closing Customers.
• Maintaining relationship with B2B customers.
• Resolve Customer Issues and Complaints.
• Must be able to communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain Data in companies internal CRM, Hubspot and Excel Sheets

Requirements:

• UK experience is preferable.
• Minimum Bachelors Degree (16 year of education)
• Excellent English Written and verbal communication
• Tech-savvy with the idea to use software systems/CRMs
• UK work shifts
