Position: Inbound Sales Agent
Location: Iqbal Town, Lahore
Job Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Inbound Sales Agent who will handle incoming customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and convert leads into sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails from potential customers
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Convert inbound inquiries into successful sales
• Maintain professional and positive customer interactions
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM systems
• Follow up with potential customers when required

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong sales and persuasion abilities
• Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving skills
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous call center or sales experience will be preferred
• Willing to work night shift
