We are looking for a highly experienced Inbound Sales Specialist with at least 7 years of proven experience handling inbound leads and converting them into long-term customers. The ideal candidate is consultative, process-driven, and skilled at understanding client needs to deliver tailored solutions while consistently hitting revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone calls, emails, and online channels
- Communicate fluently and professionally in English with prospects and clients
- Qualify inbound leads and understand customer requirements
- Present products or services clearly and persuasively
- Manage the complete sales cycle from first contact to closing
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of inbound sales experience
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Proven ability to close deals and handle objections confidently
- Experience with CRM tools (Bitrix, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B or service-based sales
- Experience handling international clients
