Incentives Specialist, Semi

• Build and maintain a database of Class 8 truck and charging incentive program opportunities, providing updates to key internal and external stakeholders as deadlines approach
• Include program details, funding levels, disbursement mechanisms, application deadlines, requirements, and reporting obligations in the database
• Write compelling narratives and collect key technical information to submit competitive grant applications
• Submit rebates or vouchers on behalf of customers
• Oversee the entire incentive cycle, including application, implementation tracking, compliance, and reporting
• Manage communication between customers, the Business Development team, and incentive program administrators to ensure successful completion of customer incentives
• Coordinate data collection and reporting to maintain compliance with awarded grants or incentives

• Experience with grant writing and a proven track record of success in securing incentives
• Experience working with government agencies
• Strong organization and multitasking skills
• Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects with varying requests, schedules, and priorities
• Capability to thrive in a complex, fluid, fast-paced, and demanding work environment
• Proficiency in organizational applications for tracking and visibility across multiple teams
