About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Incharge Planning to lead planning functions across our operations. This position is ideal for a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with proven expertise in turnaround planning, project execution, stakeholder engagement, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

To provide support to the site manager to achieve project & turnaround objectives and ensure that all necessary inputs (resources) are available on one hand to implement company’s systems for effective planning, scheduling, monitoring and controlling.

Update turnaround activities in Level – IV plan in close coordination with Discipline Incharge, and Site Manager.

Prepare achievable targets from execution staff for Level – IV plan.

Guide pre-mobilization activities, ensuring proper planning for smooth project commencement.

Project Cost & Financial Management, ensuring budget adherence and cost control.

Monitor project scheduling, monitoring, reporting & execution, ensuring timely completion and necessary corrective actions.

Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and project progress.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or relevant fields.

Experience: 6–8 years of relevant experience in planning and executing turnarounds within the Oil & Gas sector
