  • Project Quality Plan (PQP): A comprehensive PQP outlines the quality policies, procedures, and practices specific to a project. It serves as a roadmap for the project team to ensure that all quality requirements are met.
  • Inspection and Test Plans (ITP/QIPs): These documents detail the specific inspections and tests to be conducted during various stages of construction. They ensure that all materials and workmanship comply with the project's quality standards.
  • Welding related data preparation and Management, WPS , PQR, NDT, Lab Testing WPS/PQR, WQT , Inspections, Planning and execution methodology
  • Knowledge of ASME, API and Other International Codes and Standards e.g. ASME SEC(II, V, VIII DIV I, IX, B31.1, B31.3, AWS)
  • Experience of Barrage Gates Fabrication and Testing Requirements
  • QA&QC Process Knowledge
  • Cost of Poor Quality Initiative
  • Ensuring that all vendor-supplied materials and equipment meet project specifications is crucial. This involves reviewing vendor documents and certifications to verify compliance with quality standards.
  • Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT): Coordinating and supporting the execution of FATs at vendor premises ensures that equipment and materials meet the required standards before being dispatched to the site.
  • Material Receiving Procedures (MRP): Developing and overseeing MRPs ensures that all materials received on-site are inspected and meet the project's quality requirements.
  • Field Quality Alerts (FQA): Implementing FQAs helps in promptly addressing any quality issues identified on-site, preventing potential defects.
  • Corrective Action Requests (CAR): Encouraging a proactive approach by initiating CARs can help in identifying and mitigating quality.
