Inclusion Assistant

Role Overview:

As an Inclusion Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing tailored support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. You will work closely with teachers, SEN coordinators, and parents to create an inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students with special learning needs in and outside the classroom.
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and specialists.
• Provide academic, behavioral, and emotional support to students.
• Adapt teaching materials to accommodate different learning styles.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to educators and parents.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Master's/Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Prior experience working as an Inclusion Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for inclusive education and student development.
• Familiarity with IB curriculum principles is an advantage.
