Incubator Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an incubator manager based in Riyadh. The incubator manager will oversee the day-to-day management of the incubator, including developing and implementing programs to support startups, providing mentorship and guidance to entrepreneurs, and coordinating with partners and stakeholders. The role involves evaluating the progress of incubated startups, organizing events and workshops, and ensuring the overall success of the incubator's operations.

Responsibilities:

• Design and lead incubation programs tailored for early-stage startups
• Support entrepreneurs in validating ideas, building MVPs, and developing business models
• Build partnerships with service providers, experts, and ecosystem players
• Monitor startup progress and offer tailored guidance
• Organize community-building events, workshops, and pitch days
• Evaluate the impact and success of the program

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or related field
• 3+ years of experience working in startup support, incubation programs, or social innovation
• Solid understanding of lean startup principles and early-stage startup challenges
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think both big-picture and execute operationally
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Passion for social entrepreneurship and sustainable impact
