Independent Cleaning Contractor

24/7 Home Pro is seeking experienced, dependable independent cleaning contractors, do not apply unless you have a minimal of one year professional cleaning experience. Join our growing team today! We provide residential and commercial cleaning assignments throughout NJ. We are now just expanding into Southern NJ, Gloucester and Camden County area. Currently only Part time work is available, as we expand this area it can lead to Full time work. Cleaners work independently and are compensated through a 50/50 revenue split.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform residential cleanings in both occupied and unoccupied homes
• Follow client-specific instructions and company-quality standards
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and dispatch
• Manage time efficiently and complete jobs within the scheduled window
• Collect full payment from client (if applicable) and reimburse company 50% by end of day

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional residential cleaning experience
• Must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Must be organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
• Must be comfortable working independently in client homes
• Cell phone with data for job updates and client communication

Compensation

• 50/50 split on all completed jobs
• You keep 100% of any client tips
• You may collect full payment from the client and reimburse the company 50% same day, or
• If we collect, you are paid your 50% share by end of day or following day.
