Independent Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

We are seeking an ambitious, self-starting 1099 Independent Sales Representative to drive rapid market expansion. This is a high-volume, performance-driven role focused on aggressive physician prospecting and territory growth. You will be responsible for identifying high-potential clinics and securing new accounts through consistent daily outreach and relationship building.Key Responsibilities & Prospecting Goals:

  • High-Volume Outreach: Maintain a high daily activity level, targeting unique physician office visits per day to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Account Acquisition: Own the full sales cycle from initial "door-knocking" to closing the account and securing ongoing referrals.
  • Strategic Marketing: Utilize provided marketing collateral and clinical data to pitch to MDs, PAs, and Office Managers.
  • Territory Mapping: Systematically "blanket" assigned geographic areas to ensure 100% market coverage of relevant specialists.
  • Lead Generation: Independently research and qualify new leads using CRM tools, local medical directories, and professional networking.

Qualifications:

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proven ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor without daily supervision.
  • Aggressive Prospecting Skills: A "hunter" mentality with a track record of high-volume cold calling or medical office canvassing.
  • Industry Connections: (Highly Preferred) An existing "book of business" or established rapport with local physicians to bypass gatekeepers.
  • Communication: Ability to deliver high-impact, concise "elevator pitches" to busy medical staff.
