Position Summary:

We are currently looking for a proactive and customer-focused Indoor & Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling in-store customer interactions as well as field sales activities to acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones. This dual-role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Indoor Sales:

· Greet walk-in customers, understand their needs, and provide professional product consultation.

· Guide customers through the showroom, showcasing the full range of products.

· Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices.

· Follow up with clients on inquiries, quotations, and payments.

· Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is well-organized and welcoming.

Outdoor Sales:

· Visit prospective and existing clients including contractors, builders, architects, and interior designers.

· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the local and regional market.

· Promote company products to targeted customer segments and close sales deals.

· Conduct site visits and understand project requirements to recommend suitable products.

· Build long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.

· Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events as a company representative.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

· Minimum 2–5 years of combined indoor and outdoor sales experience in ceramics, sanitaryware, or building materials in the UAE.

· Strong product knowledge in ceramic, sanitary ware, and bathroom fittings is an advantage.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Fluency in English, Hindi and Urdu is required; Arabic is a plus.

· Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

· Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

· Strong sales acumen with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
