ABC Group Qatar is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indoor Sales Executive with a proven track record in selling marble, granite, and other natural stones. In this showroom-based role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through our extensive product range, understanding their project requirements, and providing tailored solutions. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will be crucial in driving sales and fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with clients visiting the showroom, establishing rapport and understanding their needs for marble, granite, and natural stone applications.
- Showcase our diverse collection of natural stone products, highlighting their unique characteristics, origins, and applications.
- Provide expert advice and product recommendations based on client requirements, design preferences, and project specifications.
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and invoices, ensuring clarity and competitive pricing.
- Effectively negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and achieve sales targets.
- Follow up with clients on inquiries, quotations, and orders, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including homeowners, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing showroom environment, ensuring products are displayed effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, applications, and pricing of marble, granite, and other natural stone products.
- Utilize basic computer skills for billing, inventory management, and generating sales reports.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service and project coordination.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in indoor sales of marble, granite, or other natural stones Minimum 2 years of proven experience
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into suitable product recommendations.
- Basic computer knowledge for billing software, inventory systems, and email communication.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
