Female Technical Support Sales Engineer Needed in Heliopolis, Cairo
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Help and assist in driving sales internally and externally by coordinating between potential clients and the sales team; thus assisting in achieving overall sales requirements.
Main objective is to liaise with customers to make sure their inquiries are well understood, clearly identifying which product is the best fit and communicating with sales, where needed, to make sure the customer receives the most economical solution in due time.
QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1-2 years of of relevant sales support experience
• Attention to details and ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Familiar with CRM, sales and negotiation techniques and pipeline management is an asset
• BSc. degree in Engineering
