Industrial Automation Trainer

Job Summary

Solve Tech Training Institute is seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Automation Trainer to deliver training programs in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about automation technologies, control systems, and technical training, including freshers or professionals with up to 2–3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on industrial automation systems and concepts.
• Teach PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, and sensor technologies.
• Explain automation control systems, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Conduct hands-on practical sessions and real-world project simulations.
• Assist in preparing and updating training materials and course content.
• Guide participants in developing automation projects and applications.
• Stay updated with the latest automation technologies and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Freshers or candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and industrial automation systems.
• Familiarity with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or other automation platforms is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and technical training.
