• Prepare and maintain spare parts and service price lists.
• Drive proactive spare parts and service sales by preparing critical/recommended spare parts packages and annual maintenance offers for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Prepare spare part and service quotations; manage order follow-up, purchasing coordination, logistics and completion of sales processes.
• Manage warranty and goodwill processes in alignment with company standards and customer satisfaction targets.
• Identify and implement improvements in spare parts and service processes and business models.
• Coordinate purchasing activities of services and spare parts from external partners and suppliers.
• Lead and execute market mapping initiatives to support proactive revenue growth in maintenance, modernization, critical spare parts sales and overall lifecycle management.
• Supplying technical and product information to partners and investors during life-time operation.
  
  

• Technical know-how in burner and boiler operation and safety controls.
• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant technical technician certification.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cultures with internal teams and external customers.
• Strong problem-solving capability and analytical thinking skills for complex technical cases.
• High motivation for continuous self-learning and personal development.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong solution delivery focus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the responsible region.
• Driving license.
