Your Responsibilities

You think it is time for something different? Then you are at the right place! You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success. Expect exciting projects and versatile tasks, such as;

/ Develop and implement product and design concepts that align with regional specific design trends and consumer insights, ensuring relevance for each target market within the REM region.

/ Oversee project planning, monitoring, and execution in adherence to the BSH Product Development Process (PDP), collaborating effectively with key stakeholders to meet project objectives.

/ Manage region-specific projects in alignment with global design guidelines, ensuring that local consumer insights are effectively integrated into brand-relevant designs for all REM brands (Bosch, Siemens, Profilo, Neff).

/ Maintain and align the design product portfolio for all REM brands to ensure consistency with their unique design codes and reflect brand values accurately.

/ Generate innovative ideas and concepts tailored for REM markets through collaboration with internal stakeholders, utilizing agile methodologies to enhance responsiveness and functionality in design projects.

Your Profile

/ Bachelor’s degree in Product Design or Industrial Design is required, providing a foundational understanding of design principles and methodologies applicable to the role.

/ A minimum of 5 years of experience in design positions with responsibilities similar to this role is essential, with prior experience in the home appliance industry considered an advantage.

/ Advanced proficiency in software tools such as Rhinoceros or SolidWorks for 3D modeling, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for 2D graphics, and Keyshot or similar for rendering is mandatory.

/ Fluency in English is required for effective communication, ensuring clarity and collaboration in a multinational work environment.

/ A customer- and results-oriented mindset, with strong analytical abilities, adaptability to diverse cultures, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a positive attitude towards teamwork are essential for this role.
